Kamva is the Founder and Managing Director of Limitless Strategic Solutions (Pty) Ltd. He has more than 10 years’ demonstrable high-level competence in strategic environmental intelligence with a wealth of experience in environmental management and sustainable development at the local, provincial and national government levels. As a Director at a national government level, he has managed several portfolios across a broad range of sectors including Environmental Impact Management, Land Reform & Biodiversity Stewardship and Local Government Support.

He has been actively involved in South Africa’s Environmental Law Reform processes as a member of several committees providing science-based advisory services that informed the initial planning of the Strategic Environmental Assessment for the Presidential Strategic Infrastructure Projects (SIPs) accountable to the Parliamentary Portfolio Committee on Environmental Affairs. Kamva is an esteemed member in the environmental management and natural sciences professions as evidenced by his professional affiliations.

Dr. Mzilikazi’s primary interests are in the fields of ecological and evolutionary physiology. She is an internationally-acclaimed expert in her field and holds a PhD from the University of KwaZulu Natal. Kwezi received the Women in Science award from the Department of Science and Technology in 2003, and the Alexander von Humboldt Postdoctoral Fellowship in 2006, and was second runner up in the Women in Science awards in the category of Best Emerging Woman Scientist in Life Sciences in 2010. She is a contributor to environmental programme 50/50 and regular presenter at the Sasol SciFest. Kwezi has more than 10 years experience as a lecturer and has worked in academic institutions such as the University of KwaZulu Natal, Nelson Mandela Metropolitan University, University of Pretoria and Phillips University Marburg, Germany.

She has been the Reviewer for African Zoology; Journal of Mammalogy, Journal of Thermal Biology, American Journal of Physiology, and many other peer-reviewed journals in natural sciences. She has served as an external examiner for undergraduate and postgraduate students; and as an Occasional Acting Head of Department (Zoology, NMMU). Kwezi is an Honorary Secretary of the Zoological Society of Southern Africa and its Incoming President (2018). She is a member of the CSIR Research ethics committee, member of the advisory board for the Mammal Research Institute (University of Pretoria) and a Ministerial Appointment on the Advisory Board of the South African National Parks. Her professional affiliations include the International Society of Primatologists, International Hibernation Society, Zoological Society of Southern Africa, Primate Ecology & Genetics Group of South Africa and the South African Veterinary Council.

She has proven experience in the environmental consulting industry and accounting fields, and thrives on being an agent of growth, creating new and exciting opportunities for our company.
